Happy International Women’s day to all the incredible women across our teams.

Being a woman in the workplace still comes with challenges. You’re expected to attend the meetings just like the men but not miss the school events. Keep a house in order but still nail the hours. We’re expected to be strong but not too assertive, ambitious but not “too much” and juggle responsibilities in a way that men are rarely questioned about. Have you ever heard a man be referred to as bossy? And yet, we continue to hold it all together.

Today isn’t just about celebrating women, it’s about acknowledging the work still left to do. That walking into a room and presuming a woman is the assistant isn’t normal any longer. That our careers are slower than men’s because we decide to take maternity leave. To every woman pushing forward, speaking up, and making an impact: we see you, we appreciate you, and we stand with you. Keep shaking things up.
